Life is Great

Hello again! It's a lil bit unusual but recently my wireless is getting lousy and lousier. The time spent with this particular wireless used to be so awesome to the point that I think I wanna nominate it as the best wireless with fantastic speed and connectivity that I ever encountered in my whole life.

However...Guess good things won't last huh? Apparently it wasn't as fast nor steady as it used to be. I still remembered how awesome it is during the 1st month. But now the connectivity keep come and go to the point I could find it pointless to keep refreshing as sometimes the line stays only for a couple of minute and then...POOF! GONE! Which in this situation I have to go back to step one which is to refresh, unplug then wait. Annoying much. Which is why I am often MIA in these few days as my patience to keep refreshing and unplug wasn't as good as before. LOL!

Am still thinking if I should call the customer service. Due to my research, majority says that it's pointless and worst...you wasted your money for calling their customer service since it's not free and in fact more expensive than normal call. LOL! So ya...lemme know what do you think. Should I give 'em a call? Or perhaps things will get better in time since this is only the end of second month using it.

Other than this, life is great and I couldn't ask for more. Except steady income...LOL! First time not having steady income. So yea...still pretty not used to it. But it's ok. Guess life needs all kinds of experience and I'm getting one of them right now.

Anyway, one of the great things of being back in my home country would be the delicious Indonesian food. So far I've eaten a number of them and I couldn't resist but to post some of the pics to share my joy and happiness eating them. Do try them if you ever visit Indonesia some day in the future!

Soto Betawi

Bakso

There's alot more food such as empek-empek, gado-gado, ketoprak, satay, nasi uduk, pecel ayam, rojak buah, etc. But so far I am always too hungry to consume them ASAP that I don't get a proper picture of them. So yeah...I'll try better next time to control myself.

Btw the "Bakso" picture above was the "Bakso" which I brought home and I added the noodles on my own coz I've always liked my "Bakso" to be accompanied by noodle. Too bad the nearby "Bakso" seller only have "Bee Hoon" which I hated. So ya...gotta cook myself some noodles to eat with the "Bakso". It was delicious and I keep craving for it no matter how many times I eat it in a week. LOL. Simply irresistible and addictive!

All these while I've been eating and eating almost everything that comes into my sight that I am almost worried that I'll get chubbier than ever. Fortunately friends were saying I get thinner during my short trip to Malaysia to take my old stuffs (Around 3 months didn't see them. So I guess they can see the difference better than I do). So yea...don't think I'll have to worry about my food intake for the time being. Shall enjoy my food paradise to the fullest!

Transformation In Seconds

Downloaded a mobile app called "Camera 360" for quite some time but never actually tried it till yesterday. You guys should've download this awesome app! I fully recommend this as I have become one of their happy user...Haha. For real they make pictures taken by you to look like they've been Photoshop-ed with just a few click! Awesome right? No more hassle to transfer your picture to your PC/laptop to edit them. Go get 'em nao for your Android or iPhone!

The layout of the app

It's so easy to use that I don't think I have to explain anything about it. Basically I'm using their "Magic Skin" effect and loving it! Hahaha...who wouldn't love to have their every single picture to look porcelain-like and fabulous?

Make up OTD
(In case you're wondering why the fake eyelashes only halfway, it's because I accidentally cut too much that it turned out like the above)

First tried to draw my eyebrow with eyebrow pencil. Look manlier somehow. Was never good with eyebrow touch up. But without them I realize that there's something missing with the whole eye area. Anyway...gotta love fake eyelashes! Somehow they made my single eyelid to have a temporary double eyelid for as long the fake eyelashes is on. Sorcery! Or perhaps it's just that the eyelashes is too "heavy" (though I don't feel heavy since I chose less dramatic fake eyelashes) that whenever I opened my eyes it created some weight onto my eyelid which results in crease.

That's all for today. So what you waiting for? Just download the apps, play this song, rock the camera lens and be amazed by the result! *winks*

Narutroll-ed

Ok this is funny! I had my "Naruto + Troll = Narutroll-ed" moment. Who could have thought that the web that I went to would actually have sense of humor and April Fool spirit. I like it! Hahaha...Can't stop laughing though I happen to saw 'em on 21st of April instead of 1st. LOL!

Yeah...basically Naruto Shippuuden The Movie 5 is not out yet. To think that I was so excited for nothing. Who knows that it's actually part of the web's troll plan for April Fool. Fascinating I would say. They really have made my day (Shud say midnight since I'm laughing at it in the midnight hour)

UPDATE (17 May)
It's out for real this time! Somehow the soundtrack inside the movie reminds me of Shutter Island. :D

From 辛 to 幸

Recently I came across a Japanese movie called "Hitsudan Hostess" (筆談ホステス). I thought that it would be nice to watch since it was based on real life stories of a 25-year-old hostess by the name Saito Rie. So in fact I did ended up watching it yesterday and hey...it made me cried!

If there's one thing which I would love share about this movie, that would've been my fave scene with my fave quote from this movie. The writing which Rie (the main character) wrote to her customer is awesome! I find it intriguing on how Kanji (and Chinese characters) can change the whole meaning by changing a single stroke to the word itself. Just like the title of the post, Rie changed the word 辛 to 幸. Basically the first word refers to something like hardship or sadness while the second word means something like fortune or happiness. How cool is that? Somehow this scene made me feel that Saito Rie is really cool and at the same time brilliant to come up with words like that.

辛いのは 幸せになる 道中です
(Tsurai no wa shiawase ni naru dochudesu)
"Difficult times happen on the way to happiness"

Excuse my writing up there...Just wanna illustrate on how she wrote it on the paper. Though seriously her writing in the drama is much more awesome than mine! Haha...so yeah...watch this movie! Wouldn't say that this is something super extremely addictive or mind blowing kind of movie but more to a movie which is meaningful, touching and worth the watch (Although I still find the movie to be rather too short).

Like A Thief In The Night

Experienced tremor at 2 something in the morning. It's kinda unusual for me as usually earthquake mostly occurred when I'm awake (Fyi, today would be my third time experiencing earthquake in my life). Though I must say that this is my first time ever to be experiencing them super early in the morning (Plus the fact that I was attached to the bed halfway sleeping when it happened).

All I remembered was the feeling of my bed swaying on its own... Gently. In which I decided to rub off the idea of an earthquake; thinking that I was just hallucinating since I was already midway to the dreamland.

However, soon enough bro came to my room asking if I feel the tremor too. That's when I quickly got up from my bed, feeling so much awake as I can be and had no idea on what to do. So Bro and I both surveyed outside our door. Much to our surprise there's only a couple of neighbours (3 aunties) talking to each other about the tremor (Guess most people were asleep). The surrounding was all silent and calm without any signs of panicking people running around trying to get out from the apartment. Seeing that there's no follow up tremor, we decided to continue the day. Which for me means to continue my sleep.

Did tried Google-ing bout the earthquake before I went to sleep. But I couldn't find any at that time. I only managed to find it now.

It was an earthquake measuring 6 on the Scale Ritcher which rocked Pandeglang, Banten. It happened for about 5 seconds at around 2.25 A.M.

Below is the picture to illustrate how far Banten is from my place:

Banten (B) and my place (A)

Wouldn't know when it gonna occur again. But if it does, am hoping that it'll visit during broad daylight instead of midnight where everyone is sleeping. *fingers crossed*
